Britton Sanderford
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Sanderford was appointed to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer in July of 2006 when Sensus Metering Systems Inc. purchased the assets of, Advanced Meter Data Systems LLC, AMDS. The creation of the CTO position formalized Sensus Metering Systems ongoing commitment to cutting edge technologies. Mr. Sanderford is responsible for Sensus technology related activities worldwide. Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. Sanderford founded Axonn Corp, which was the first U.S. company to be granted FCC spread spectrum equipment approval under FCC unlicensed Part 15 rules. Mr. Sanderford served as President and founder of AMDS and holds over 80 patents pending and granted.

Doug McCall
Director AMI Marketing

Mr. McCall joined Sensus in 2000, and was appointed to the position of Director of the newly formed AMI Marketing Department in July 2006. Mr. McCall is responsible for marketing all Sensus AMI and AMR products across the gas, water and electricity sectors. Prior to joining Sensus, Mr. McCall spent four years at Elster Electricity Metering where his responsibilities included marketing and sales for metering systems Asia Pacific and southeastern United States. Mr. McCall’s experience also includes the Nuclear Fuels Division of General Electric in Wilmington, NC. Mr. McCall holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Gregg Larson
Director AMI Operations

With the acquisition of AMDS in July 2006, Mr. Larson was appointed Director AMI Operations. IT project management, field deployment, network operations and backend systems development report to Larson. While directing CellNet network operations, Mr. Larson reduced the operational costs by more then 50% while improving system performance. At Wilcox Electric Gregg was the Electrical Design Manager. At Alliant Techsystems, as Senior Research Scientist, Mr. Larson designed several MMIC devices. Mr. Larson holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional.

Marc Reed
Director, Communications Technology

With the acquisition of AMDS in July 2006, Mr. Reed, a two-decade veteran of the metering industry, specializing in systems, software and hardware designs, was appointed Director AMI Communications Technology. Communications engineering groups in Santa Barbara, California and Covington, Louisiana report to Reed. Throughout his career, beginning at Dallas-based defense contractor E-Systems, Reed has specialized in the design and implementation of wireless data links. Reed has won several awards for his work in the communications field and has multiple granted patents and patents pending. Reed holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
